Cost:
We strive to keep cost affordable. There are several pieces to the cost factor:
- All students are responsible for purchasing their own books and supplies for each class (curriculum)
- Our simple formula is to charge $8 per week/per class, making each class $240. Plus, there is a supply/copy fee per class that will be communicated to you by each instructor. (Typically, it is $30-40) Logos Legacy Theatre- HS Drama class – has a separate fee formula. See https://literahsg.com/dramaclass/ for more info.
- Facility Fee. Our facility fee at Revelation Pointe Church is paid by each student who attends. Each Litera family pays a facility fee of $100 per student per year, with a maximum of $200 per family. This payment will be made out directly to Revelation Pointe Church but handed in to Mrs. Boes at our Litera Parent Night, at a TBD date and time. The Facility fee is charged once per school year and applies no matter how many classes are taken.
- Class fees and printing/supply fees can be made in full, OR in 2 payments with 1/2 due by the start of class, September 2, 2026, and the other half due on January 20, 2027.
- Due to addition of Drama and the creation of Litera Homeschool Group as a non-profit organization, payments may work differently next year. The cost, however, will remain the same.
Other Details:
- Parents can drop their students off, or students are allowed to drive themselves to class. Parents do not need to remain on the premises during classes.
- Classes are offered ala carte. If a student would like to register for an 8:45am class and an 11:15am class, but not a 10:00am class, that’s fine. If there is time in-between their chosen classes, there will be a hang out area available for students to study or fellowship quietly.
- Logos Legacy Theatre (HS Drama class) will be capped at 25 students. All other classes will be capped at 10 students per class.
